It’s no secret that recovery is hard, super hard.
This is why most people fail and go back into the depth of their eating disorder or stay trapped in quasi recovery.
But I don’t believe this has to be the case. YOU CAN RECOVER, that’s a fact.
I didn’t think I would ever be able to get out of the hell whole I was in. With 3 very active eating disorder, anorexia/orthorexia/exercise bulimia, I was sure I was doomed to a life of food rules and excessive exercise regimes.
But look at me now, I am living a radically different life with complete food freedom and love for my body.
What got me here though? What pushed me to get out of quasi recovery and into the land of fully recovered?
