Vegansim is on the rise. Penetrating every metropolitan city in America and abroad. But just because it is touted as the “better way to eat”, is this truly the case? What happens when we eliminate the foods our ancestors have been eating for years and years and years? Listening to peoples stories of being vegan can give us great insight into what the possible complications are of eating a diet that consists solely of broccoli and garbanzo beans.
