The “All-in” protocol is very famous in the world of amenorrhea recovery. For good reason, the success rate is HUGE.
I am a big fan of the “All-in” protocol as it is indeed what helped me get my period back but just beucase I am a fan doesn’t mean I don’t have some opinions on how to make it both more accessible and helpful.
I went “All-in” but I did a couple things differently. I saw this to be improvements to the protocol to help me get to my destination of a healthy menstrual cycle. My main con is… well you’ll just have to watch the video to find out 🙂
