Recovery is not always sunshine and rainbows. When I look back at my recovery I remember days of feeling so uncomfortable in my body, more obsessed with food, always hungry, achy and sweaty. It was not a pretty picture but despite all these woes recovery ultimately lead to a way better place and a stronger healthier body.
