I started the journey of meditation by finding random ones online and that was great and all but I needed something MORE. I needed meditations and visualization practices that were going to help me specifically with my ed recovery journey. 

So I started making them! I designed specific mediations to help me feel better about eating, ease any digestive discomfort I had after a meal or lingering guilt. They helped so much and were a game changer.

Years later as I started helping others through this journey I gave my clients the same meditations I made for myself and they too expressed how much of a life saver they were for when they needed to push forward with recovery and tackle any challenge!

You get dressed, flick your hair, and strut out of your house, ready to hug your loved ones and enjoy your night.
