It seems weird to say but yes, there is such a thing as eating too “healthy”. Or more I should say the fixation with eating the “perfect” diet is the issue here.
Listen there’s being mindful of food quality and enjoying eating nourishing foods and theeeennnnn theres becoming absolutely obsessed with your diet, fearful of getting within 10 ft of your so called “bad” food, and saying no to social activities because you don’t trust the food that’s going to be there.
I am a full believer of eating ALL foods. Now that doesn’t mean I don’t focus on nourishing foods and buy good quality when I can, but it does mean that I have no guilt, shame, or regret for eating ANY type of food. Yes, that includes fried chicken and Oreos.
