Our society praises those who skip dessert, order a side salad instead of fries, and add chlorella to their freshly pressed green juice. But is this praise warranted? Are these people really living a healthier life or are they trapped in a prison of their mind, stressed out if butter comes within 10ft of their plate?
In today’s video I share my thoughts of health food junkies and whether it is something that promotes or depletes our health.
Now I am not saying that caring about one’s health is bad, in fact I am saying the opposite. I want you to have good health which is why I am raising a red flag to becoming obsessive about clean eating and paranoid about eating something “bad”.
