My philosophy: Help women live life unstuck from dogmatic diet rules and exercise obsession so that they can live intuitively and find wellness without obsession.

The women women I see in my coaching practice are:
restriction takes a toll on the body and depletes us of our needed nutritional stores. A huge part of this work is getting your body back to a nourished state. You will learn what foods are going to be the best for supporting your metabolic health, in a non obsessive non dogmatic way, so that you can feel energetic, vibrant, and strong. The foods we focus on our REAL nutrient dense foods--- no low cal, fat free, diet culture detox here.
There is no such thing as a “perfect” diet nor does being healthy require hyper vigilance and strictness about what you eat. There's a healing that comes from learning to be open and receptive to any and all food as all food can play a role in our life.
Eating without guilt, anxiety, or the need to compensate the next day is true food freedom. .When we achieve this freedom and learn to relax around food it becomes a JOY and PLEASURE which is in and of itself one of the most nourishing things.
Having a healthy monthly menstrual cycle affects more than your fertility. Your body is designed to menstruate and works optimally when your hormones are balanced. Few know but ovulation is a very metabolic enhancing event and is what keeps our sex drive high, bones strong, heart strong, and breast healthy.
Contrary to what you may have been told, you can get your period back naturally without the use of birth control. In fact, BC may further lead to hormonal imbalances and nutritional deficiencies down the road.
When the body is in a low metabolic state digestion slows down resulting in various GI issues. As we work on nutritionally rehabilitating your body your GI complaints will slowly disappear.
Poor body image can be the root of many of our eating challenges. In coaching we will work on rewiring these negative thoughts and feelings you have about your body and learn to cultivate gratitude and respect for your body at any size or shape.

It all started with a desire to excel at sport and quickly spiralled into an obsessive, controlling mindset. I needed to be the “perfect athlete" in every aspect, following ALL the rules to “eating correctly”.
Weight quickly started to fall off and with that came positive re-enforcement from coaches and peers. Food started to consume my thoughts and an overwhelming anxiety put strain on my relationships with family and friends.
I went on to gain a little bit of weight and loosened up on my eating habits. I thought I was “healthy enough” and was told by the doctor to come back and see her when I had finished my sporting career because nothing could be done until then, apparently.
So, I continued to ignore the missing period and went full gas into chasing my sporting career. But, there was always this nagging voice in my head telling me something just wasn’t quite right. So, at the end of the 2019 race season I went to see a specialist about it and they sent me for a bone density scan. This was ultimately what scared me into action. It had dropped significantly in the last two years and I was on track to have osteoporosis in the near future.
A few weeks later I found Chloe on Instagram. She helped me see a way through what I thought was my world crashing down around me. Over the past 6 years, I had been to endless doctors and specialists with no real success. All I needed was a “big sister” to keep me accountable.
Chloe was real, she was relatable and she had a great sense of humour. I struggled to reduce my training but she gave me small, achievable goals for each session. She challenged my thought pattern and encouraged me to explore who I really was beyond being “an athlete”. I know that I still have a long way to go in terms of self-worth and body image but I am SO much happier and healthier now that I have my period back!!!

People think I am crazy when I say I have an issue with eating "too healthy". With how much society pushes on us to drink green juices, go to the gym 3 times a day, eat kale, count calories and lose weight it's really hard for those of us who have taken "healthy living" to an EXTREME and have to essentially go against what diet culture is telling us to regain health.
This is why I have LOVED working with Chloe. She understands my mind and what I am going through like no one else. Because she has been through her own struggles with food, perfectionism, and eating disorders she has such valuable insight into whats going on, how I feel, and whats blocking me from letting go of my obsession with food and the quest for the "perfect" body.
Chloe has been more than a coach, she has been a wise older sister to me who is there no matter what and always knows the best things to say. Hands down these past couple months working with Chloe has been transformational and such a key to my recovery.
For the first time in years I am loving the eating process. Like I don't know, it is just a party to eat which is such a relief after all those years of restriction and hate. I love everything I put into my mouth, it is true that some times I have those treats, but I don't fell bad about it any more. When I'm hungry I eat, and this is making me just so so happy.

I was vegan for 8 years, and had an eating disorder for 4 years. I tried to recover on my own but there were so many roadblocks I kept backsliding and falling deeper into my ED. There are so many physical changes your body goes through when recovering that it’s so helpful to have someone explain why these things are happening and to help you persevere while also working through the mental roadblocks as well.
We dove so deep into the why’s and how’s of my ED and completely rewired my relationship with food and my body. In our first session she asked me to imagine my healthiest self and by the last session I had become that person.
I became a person who was no longer obsessed with food, who was free from restrictions, and had so much mental energy and clarity that I could finally chase after my true passions. Chlo is passionate, caring, and intelligent and I would not have been able to recover without her.
I LOVE Chloe seriously so much.
I come from an eating disorder background and still struggle with some of the physical & mental issues that come with that. Chloe has helped me in SO many ways and helped me learn how heal my relationship with food. As I have developed a better relationship with food, it has also helped me develop a better relationship with myself and really enjoy the little moments of life more! Its interesting how these things can be correlated but they truly are!
