Day dreaming about food all day, looking though Pinterest boards of recipes, walking down every single aisle at the grocery market, talking about food, thinking about food… it can get exhausting.
Mental hunger is a very common phenomena. If I had to put a percentage to it I would say that my 95% of my thoughts back when I was struggling with an ed was about food.
95%!!!! Honestly I didn’t have much time to think about anything else.
Now there was nothing “wrong” with me, although I thought that at many times. Rather this was completely normal for the state of health I was in. Confused? I explain more in the video below!
