The idea that there is a “perfect” diet out there is alluring to say the least. I love the idea of having amazing health if I just make sure that I eat this and stay away from that.
Unfortunately that’s now how it works though and in reality there is no such diet that is “perfect” or that will protect you from illness, disease, or death.
In this video I share how this quest for finding dietary perfection can lead to a lot of mental distress, which ironically increases stress in the body and thus puts you in a state more susceptible to imbalances. (just sayin)
